Reflexology Menu
Reflexology is a science based on the principle that there are 7,200 nerve endings in each foot. These nerve endings lead to every organ, gland, system and part of the body. By using the unique thumb/finger walking techniques of Reflexology, I am able to help break up crystal deposits at the end of these nerves, allowing the sensory nerves to carry information to the brain, allowing the release of endorphins, helping reduce pain. Reflexology brings the body into homeostasis, a balancing of the endocrine glands, and is capable of improving circulation and promotes relaxation.
Relax and Enjoy please allow 30 minutes $40
A 30 minute Reflexology session complete with an aroma eye mask and relaxing music, please feel free to bring your own headphones.
Therapeutic Reflexology Session please allow 60 minutes $60
This is a 50 minute Therapeutic Reflexology session, with a 5 minute consultation regarding your concerns prior to the service to discuss any concerns you may have and allows for me to customize your session to target area's that are either bothersome or need more attention. After your session has ended we will discuss how you can help yourself at home with an at home maintenance program. An aroma eye mask will start your relaxation and you may bring your headphones to listen to my relaxing music or bring in a CD of your choice to listen to during your session.
